These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Priced (“we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of the Priced mobile application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

5.1 Free Tier: New users receive 3 free quotes. After the free tier is exhausted, a paid subscription is required to create additional quotes.

5.4 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

5.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases.

5.6 Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.

The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic to interpret your handwritten notes and structure them into quotes. You acknowledge and agree that:

7.1 Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including your business details, customer information, quotes, and uploaded images.

7.2 Licence: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes sending your data to our third-party processors as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by Priced and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

10.1 By You: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app. Upon deletion, all your data including your profile, quotes, and uploaded images will be permanently and immediately removed. This action cannot be undone.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to retain your data after account deletion. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Service integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple, Google). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription terms from the applicable app store, constitute the entire agreement between you and Priced regarding the Service.
