Priced (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Priced mobile application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, and deletion.
- Data Controller: Priced, which determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data.
- Data Processor: A third party that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.
- User: Any individual who uses the Priced application.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide

3.2 Information Collected Automatically
We do not collect analytics, device information, or usage tracking data. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies within the app.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
If you sign in using Apple Sign-In, we receive your name and email address as authorised by you during the sign-in process.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service: To create and manage your account, generate quotes, and produce branded PDF documents.
- AI Processing: To send your handwritten notes or typed text to our AI provider (Anthropic) for extraction and structuring into professional quotes.
- Subscription Management: To manage your Pro subscription status through RevenueCat and the respective app stores.
- Communication: To respond to your enquiries or support requests sent to our contact email.
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or selling to third parties.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your Personal Data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: Processing your data is necessary to provide the Service you have signed up for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Consent: Where you have given consent for specific processing, such as using Apple Sign-In (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Legitimate interests: To maintain the security of the Service and improve its functionality (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Third-Party Data Processors
We share your data with the following third-party processors, solely for the purpose of providing the Service:

Each processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to any third party.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where we transfer data outside the EEA/UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or reliance on the recipient's certification under recognised frameworks.
8. Data Storage & Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data:
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- Database access is controlled by row-level security (RLS), ensuring users can only access their own data.
- Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.
- Photos sent for AI processing are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not permanently stored on our servers or by our AI provider.
- Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated.
9. Data Retention
- Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active and the Service is in use.
- Deleted accounts: When you delete your account via Settings → Delete Account, all data (profile, quotes, images) is permanently deleted immediately. There is no retention period.
- Individual quotes: You may delete individual quotes at any time from within the app.
- AI processing data: Photos and text submitted for AI processing are processed ephemerally and are not retained after the response is generated.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
- Right of Access: You can view all your data within the app at any time.
- Right to Rectification: You can edit your business profile and quote details in the app's Settings and editor screens.
- Right to Erasure: You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account. You can also delete individual quotes.
- Right to Data Portability: You can export your quotes as PDF files and share them via email or other apps.
- Right to Restrict Processing: You may contact us to request restriction of processing of your Personal Data.
- Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your Personal Data by contacting us.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by deleting your account.
To exercise any of these rights, you may use the in-app features or contact us at support@getpriced.app. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what Personal Data we collect, use, and disclose.
- Request deletion of your Personal Data.
- Opt out of the sale of Personal Data. We do not sell your Personal Data.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
