Delete Your Account
You can delete your Priced account and all associated data directly from the app. Here's how:
Steps to delete your account
- Open the Priced app on your device
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner to open Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
- Tap “Delete account”
- Confirm by tapping “Delete everything”
Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any quotes you need before deleting your account.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account and login credentials
- Business profile (name, phone, email, address)
- All saved quotes and quote history
- Payment terms and quote settings
- Any uploaded images of job notes
What is NOT deleted
PDF quotes that you have already sent to customers via email or messaging apps will remain with those recipients. We have no control over copies of quotes that have been shared outside the app.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it. Please cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
Retention period
Your data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. There is no retention period — once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
